Monterrey-based DJ and producer Zutzut (aka Alejandro Nuñez) remixes celebratory Moonshine track Ancestors Dance, originally released on 2019’s SMS for Location by Parisian-Montreal duo NoKliché and their long-time collaborator Maître Magellan. A member of the Mexico City collective NAAFI, known for making experimental Latin bass music that mixes traditional styles with electronic, hip hop, reggaeton and cumbia.

Zutzut tackles Ancestors Dance with his own wide-ranging set of influences and styles, adding a subtle tension and elaborate darkness to the production with low drones and reverberation splicing through conga beats and synthesized barks to create an unconventional and captivating club track.
